NOTE 1

Start with the source

This notice concerns JavaNest Co LLC, the provider of this website and exclusive operator of the JNC public SMS brand alias. JavaNest Journal is its optional recruiting program. Use chase@javanestco.com for questions about this notice or a communication you have had with the company.

NOTE 2

What a message may contain

A message you choose to send through an available channel may contain your name, contact details, question and interest in a particular part-time role area. When SMS service is enabled, associated records may include the telephone number, consent and confirmation choices, requests for help and instructions to stop. Please omit unrelated sensitive information.

NOTE 3

Why a detail may be needed

Details actually received can be used to understand your question, respond with relevant information, discuss the company's direct part-time role areas and manage communication preferences. Where appropriate, limited records may also support security, handling of complaints and applicable obligations. Information should be relevant to a stated purpose rather than gathered for an unrelated future use.

NOTE 4

A specific choice stays specific

Mobile information is not handed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or traded. JavaNest Journal does not use purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate or third-party marketing lists to create an audience for recruiting messages.

NOTE 5

Necessary help with a service

Providers assisting with hosting, security, message delivery or compliance may process necessary information only within the scope of that assistance. SMS opt-in information shared for such support cannot be used for their independent marketing. A lawful request, required disclosure or serious security issue may justify other limited disclosure where applicable.

NOTE 6

How long information remains useful

Information actually held should remain only for a relevant communication purpose, a necessary preference record or an applicable obligation. Once those needs end, deletion or de-identification should follow where practicable. A minimal record of an opt-out may be kept to avoid contacting a number that has asked to stop.

NOTE 7

Care does not mean a guarantee

The sensitivity of information should guide safeguards and access restrictions. People and providers should receive access only when needed for an authorized purpose. Absolute security cannot be promised, so general correspondence should not include passwords, payment credentials, government identification or private records about someone else.

NOTE 8

Changing a choice or asking a question

To ask about access, correction or deletion of information actually held, email chase@javanestco.com. Applicable rights, verification and lawful exceptions may affect how a request is handled. JavaNest Journal recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS participation is not required to contact the company about work.

NOTE 9

Children and future changes

The website and its recruiting program are not designed for children under 13, and the company does not knowingly seek their information. A parent or guardian can report a concern to chase@javanestco.com. This notice may be updated as practices change; use the effective date to identify the version you are reading.
